Oh, There’s No Place Like Home (and Kitchen Kettle Village) …

Once the quiet homestead of the Burnley family, today is home to over 42 shops, two restaurants, and a lifetime of cherished memories.

Located in Intercourse, PA, on the corner of Old Philadelphia Pike and Newport Road, this quaint country village draws visitors from all over the region looking for an authentic taste of country living.

Tis the Season …

Hot ChocolateThe holidays are an especially festive time of year, as happy shoppers pour through the village searching for unique gifts and treats to share with friends and loved ones.

During the month of December, the entire village is decked from vane to post with twinkling lights and garland, while each shop provides visitors a welcomed escape from the blustery cold.

Those in need of refreshment can drop into the Roasted Rooster for a mug of hot chocolate. Afterwards, stroll across the lane to The Bake Shop where warm cookies are always in full supply.

Once night falls, gather around the open fire to enjoy a few S’mores and discuss your recently acquired treasures. Make sure to keep an ear open for Christmas carolers and the distant chime of sleigh bells. You never know who might just stop by the campfire for a visit.

Dashing Through The Snow…

In a horse drawn carriage! Available most days of the week, visitors can hop aboard a traditional country cruiser to enjoy a peaceful tour of the surrounding countryside. Bundle up tight and be ready to sing a chorus or two!

Settle In for a Long Winter’s Nap…

Fudge With so much to see and experience, you might want to turn your visit into a slumber party. To extend the fun another day, make a reservation at the historic Inn at Kitchen Kettle Village.

Snuggle up under a hand-crafted quilt and dream about the delicious jams, fudge, and other goodies located just outside your window. In the morning, walk over to the Kling House Restaurant to enjoy a complimentary breakfast before taking the road back home.
