Excellent buying experience from top to bottom! I came in from out of town and was in and out of the dealership in about two hours. They gave me great value on my trade, handed me the keys and sent me on a hassle free test drive, and provided me with great financing. No hidden fees, no market adjustments, no hassle pricing! The SUV I bought from them was CPO and looks brand new inside and out; it looked even better in person! The salesman and the finance manager seemed genuinely invested in me having a great experience and ensuring that this was a vehicle I'd be satisfied with. After doing a nationwide search this was one of the best deals on an X5M in the country. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this dealership again, even from a distance. Well my experience was a good one. i was met by an associate who was nice, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get the information i needed and to get to where i needed to be so that my vehicle could be serviced and taken care of in a reasonable and timely manner so that i could get my vehicle back and on the road safely again! Everyone i talked to and dealt with during my entire dealings with the company was very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable with helping me get the proper tires for my vehicle and then setting up the appointment to have them put on and everything! i was greatly appreciative and grateful for all their help and advice during my experience with them all! As a college student, taking my car to service during the weekend amidst all of my classes and extracurriculars is not the most convenient thing on my to-do list. Faulkner BMW was incredibly organized, communicative, and friendly which made this task a lot less stressful. I appreciated how all of my paperwork was kept orderly and how the details relating to my car were clearly laid out. Also, I received a complimentary cleaning on the interior of my car which was such a nice bonus. Thank you for doing such an amazing job with my car and for being so kind to deal with.
I had been such a loyal customer to another car dealership, so I was very hesitant to switch. However, Seth Lewis did an amazing job of being welcoming without being too pushy. I told him the features of my car, and he was able to come through on all the features—and at an amazing price. Seth answered all my questions, and he was able to expedite most of the process via phone and email. It was seamless. He and his team even stayed after hours to make sure that I understood all the new bells and whistles. (That goes to show you that they did not rush the process!) Great customer service. Jesse was kind enough to squeeze me in for an appt. Much appreciated as I was traveling later that day and was concerned about safety. It was a loose cable causing the car to lose power, probably happened at the plant. Liked the video capturing the work done plus narrative (a first for me). Thanks Jesse and team!
