I was a little disappointed in the beginning since my check engine light came on again after recently taking it out of their shop from it being fixed two times, I was a little bit over the top with my first bad review and I apologized. I brought my vehicle in again for them to look at and they found a small problem , where the oil filter was, But it was fixed in about 20 minutes and my check engine light remains off which I am very happy about. They did an excellent job on my vehicle. I had low tire pressure on one of my rear tires; the service advisor arranged to have my car picked up at work, arranged to get one of the tires covered by my insurance (Ethos), and then sent me a loaner vehicle because the tires would not be in until the next day. I felt everything was handled very professionally, and quickly. I was very pleased.

I took my 3 series in thinking it was just the battery that needed to be replaced, it turned out the fuel pump and head gasket were bad. The service department did their research and found that my vehicle has an extended warranty on it. They fixed the issues with my vehicle quickly while also providing with a courtesy vehicle while the repairs were done. I especially appreciated how kind the were even though my BMW isn't brand new and wasn't purchased at their dealership. This was by far the best experience I've had with any dealership.

Searched for BMW, found Faulkner on-line they had the car we wanted, we drove 2.5 hours to get there. The car was everything they promised. It was worth the drive, I would definitely come back when my lease is over to purchase another new car. From the sales to the final bank transaction, the entire staff was great to work with! Jonathan had the experience of product and current warranty and service options that were conversational in nature. I did not feel I was being "sold" on anything- He did however point out some available services attributed to the Faulkner dealership. I drove 3.5 hours from Pittsburgh to purchase a used car from them. Overall, the sales service was much better than my local dealership. The car is amazing. Price was fair. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made a long distance transaction easy. Would defiantly do business with them again. We bought 4 BMW's from the store in Reading, PA, approximately 1.5 miles from our home. After being treated very poorly and having awful service, we decided to try Faulkner BMW in Lancaster, PA, approximately 30 mi;;es from our home. We have now purchased three cars in three years and have found Faulkner to be as good as the local store was bad. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted and introduced to the product. Went for a lengthy test drive to get a feel for the car on the curvy back roads and then hit the bypass to what it could do on the open road. I was very impressed with the manner in which this dealership went about their business, making me feel at home and dealing with me without any pressure to purchase. Great experience with this dealer. I ordered my BMW from the factory and received it 10/7/09 When you go there, definitely make sure you talk to Jonathan in sales. He will hook you up with any information you want right away and if he doesn't have it, he will definitely find it in a minimum of time. What I think is the best dealership in Central Pennsylvania. I've never had a problem with the service department at this dealer. Always prompt, friendly, and accurate service. I had a blemish in the rear window of my X5 when I bought it, and they had it in the shop within a week and gave me a Z4 as a loaner. <br>Sales have been excellent as well.
